These reports make it possible to evaluate the implementation of the 2017-2021 PPA and to have an analytical look at the results obtained according to the criteria defined by the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) when evaluating development aid projects. The final evaluation reports concern the 8 countries of intervention including Belgium, Burkina Faso, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Senegal, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Zimbabwe.
For confidentiality reasons, we only make available the summaries of the evaluation reports. The full reports are nevertheless available on request at africalia@africalia.be.
