Cinema Parents not admitted is a series of 4 cinema screenings initiated by the FIFF and the Namur Cultural Centrededicated to children aged 6 to 12.

Christophe Challe and Vincent Pagé, directors and actors, take young spectators into the magical world of the 7th Art, exploring with them in a fun and interactive way the themes raised in the full-length and short films on the programme.

It's an original way to sharpen your critical thinking while discovering unfamiliar worlds. The FIFF makes a point of programming a film from the South during these screenings.

A short film on the theme of Africa will be screened at the session scheduled for 21 April 2018 :

- "Mateso by caméra etc (Belgium - Animation - 8 min): A child is born somewhere in Africa and his mother smiles at him. Then war breaks out. Then the mother worries and loses her smile. All the child wants is to give it back to her. They fled their country, arriving in a refugee camp in a neighbouring country, but the violence continued. The child ends up rebelling. Pursued by men from the camp, they had to flee again. When they arrived in Europe, they hoped their situation would improve. After a long time in a closed centre, a letter finally arrives.
