ADAFEST is a cultural federation that brings together broadcasting structures and festivals across Senegal. Its main objective is to professionalise the sector.
This platform was created to address the problems faced by cultural players: difficulties in accessing funding, harmonisation of the cultural agenda, training and decentralisation of cultural activities, which are mostly concentrated in the capital.
ADAFEST sees itself as a platform for dialogue, consultation, experience-sharing, mutual support and solidarity between all cultural players in order to find solutions to the problems inherent in the sector.
2012-2014 programme: Africalia supports the strengthening of associative, administrative and financial management; the structuring of the network; advocacy training.
