Africalia asbl is looking for an intern to assist the managers of multi-year programs in the implementation of activities.
Tasks
- Support for administrative and financial management and program monitoring;
- Support for the drafting of periodic reports on the progress of the program's results;
- Supervision of the relevance of expenditure and compliance with monitoring procedures by partners;
- Preparation and drafting of Terms of Reference, Specifications and program management framework documents;
- In coordination with the Communications Manager: provide information for feeding the website and social networks, Newsletters, etc.;
- Support for the design and formulation of projects/programs.
Profile
- Higher education diploma or proven useful experience (particularly in cooperation and international relations, social sciences, management and cultural management);
- Excellent command of French, Dutch and English.
- Good writing skills;
- Knowledge of project cycle management and theory of change;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Open, professional and flexible attitude;
- Methodological rigor;
- Proficiency in IT tools: Office Suite including a good level of Excel.

- Internship contract - Professional Immersion Agreement (CIP)
