The Ouagadougou Pan-African Cinema and Television Festival (FESPACO) evokes two distinct meanings which are the institution and the festival. The institution called “General Delegation of FESPACO” is the legal entity which organizes and manages the biennial known as FESPACO.
The General Delegation of FESPACO is evaluated on the quality of the artistic selection and the success of the organization of the biennial of African cinema. To achieve this dual objective, in a context of security and health crisis, a new management dynamic is required, both in terms of redefining the content of the event and in implementing an adapted strategy.
