As part of the intervention Jeunesse Créative project,, an initiative ofEnabel in the DRC, where Africalia is implementing a component focused on improving cultural services for young people, we are launching a call for expressions of interest aimed at cultural operators of Lubumbashi. The selected operators will benefit from a career path strengthening managerial capacities in order to better structure their organizations.

Who?
This call for applications is open to non-profit organizations that offer, implement, or produce a cultural or artistic service or activity. As Africalia is already operating in Lubumbashi as part of other programs, applications from operators who have already benefited from a similar program will not be accepted.
When?
The project runs from January to April 2026.
How to apply?
Interested operators are invited to complete the application form online. The application file must include: information on the candidate's profile, a note (2 pages max) presenting his/her project proposal to be developed during the course, a short video (2 minutes max) of presentation and a narrative and financial report. Applications are open until October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Lubumbashi time).
A information session and questions and answers will take place on October 8 at 2 p.m. (Lubumbashi time) at Picha Art Center in Lubumbashi.
