A PLATFORM FOR THE CULTURAL AND CREATIVE INDUSTRIES

Against this backdrop of the covid-19 crisis, the cultural organisation Nhimbe Trustunder the impetus of the Nhimbe Global Affairs Observatory, has launched the Covid-19 Culture and Creative Industries Portal.

The aim of this initiative is to provide information resources, technical support and professional expertise in response to the crisis in the cultural and creative industries. The aim of this platform is to develop mechanisms to prepare for the "post-confinement" period.

A SURVEY FOR THE CULTURAL SECTOR IN THE DRC

To measure the economic impact of covid-19 on the cultural and creative sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Professor Ribio Nzeza has developed a survey for managers of companies, associations or self-employed workers in the cultural and creative sector.

CALL FOR IDEAS - UGANDA

Initiated by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Uganda & South SudanThe appeal was launched in response to the covid-19 crisis for artists in Uganda.

Le Center for Applied Human Rights (CAHR) at the University of York, thanks to a grant from the Open Society Foundations, is calling on artists and activists around the world to apply for covid-19 funding of up to £3,000 (€3,440).
