Over the course of two weeks, dozens of art school students, young artists and thinkers will come together at the Halles de Schaerbeek to explore the issues surrounding the sacred in today's world. Every day there will be a series of talks and debates, put into action by the artists, with admission free.
Events will be held at Les Halles and elsewhere in Brussels.
As last year, they will have an interactive and participatory dimension with the people of Brussels, either in the design phase of the stagings or in the public display phase. We may come up with some surprising proposals in this respect, which we'll be putting into action with your help. So keep an eye on our news!
As part of the partnership between Les Halles and Africalia10 young people from Burkina Faso and Rwanda are taking part in this meeting.
The young designers taking part in this event come from the following organisations: for Burkina Faso, theImagine Institute (training in the film industry) and the Cartel (training in theatre and speech arts); for Rwanda, Amizero (contemporary dance training) and Mashirika (theatre training).
