Training a new generation of puppeteers
This training, which brought together 10 new generation puppeteers (5 women and 5 men), aimed to introduce them to the world of puppets, strengthen the operational capacities of puppeteers in Burkina Faso and contribute to the country's entertainment economy. This 14-day training was provided in the capital, Ouagadougou.
This training was structured around several modules including:

Functions of puppetry in Africa
Puppet type/techniques
design, manufacturing and handling
Concept of dramaturgy
Staging
Creative residency with the Women’s Artistic Ensemble(ENAF)
“Voices for a Way” is the title of the show created by the Women’s Artistic Ensemble. The objectives pursued behind this creation were numerous, such as producing poetic texts on national unity, exploring the themes of resistance, the organization of women and ultimately creating and presenting a musical show.
Training workshop on creation technique based on the dramaturgical situation
Decentralized training in the Bobo-Dialasso region, this training equipped participants with thematic improvisation technique, knowledge of identifying the dramaturgical situation and arrangement technique.
