Elke slammer krijgt drie minuten de tijd om de deskundige jury te verslaan met zijn\/haar\/hun woordkunst. Een Nederlandstalige en een Franstalige gastheer leiden de wedstrijd in goede banen. Tussen de rondes door jaagt de DJ stevige beats door de zaal.
