Het FESFOP, gevestigd in Louga, heeft als doel: cultuur toegankelijk maken voor de bevolking; culturele identiteit versterken; interculturaliteit, artiesten en hun creaties en de decentralisatie van culturele actie promoten. FESFOP stimuleert samenwerking en partnerschappen tussen lokale overheden, maatschappelijke organisaties, niet-gouvernementele organisaties en culturele actoren.<\/p>\n<p>Elk jaar biedt het FESFOP Festival culturele, ambachtelijke, folkloristische, sociale, milieugerelateerde, toeristische en sportieve activiteiten (traditionele worstelwedstrijden).<\/p>\n<p>FESFOP organiseert ook het hele jaar door een aantal activiteiten, waaronder een webradiostation, een percussiemuseum, percussietrainingen, een botanische tuin, cultureel en solidair toerisme en activiteiten in het Fesfop Dorp, dat ook accommodatie en cateringfaciliteiten bevat.
