As part of the intervention Jeunesse Cr\u00e9ative project,<\/a>, an initiative ofEnabel<\/a> in the DRC, where Africalia is implementing a component focused on improving cultural services for young people, we are launching a call for expressions of interest aimed at cultural operators of Lubumbashi<\/strong>. The selected operators will benefit from a career path strengthening managerial capacities<\/strong> in order to better structure their organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This call for applications is open to non-profit organizations that offer, implement, or produce a cultural or artistic service or activity. As Africalia is already operating in Lubumbashi as part of other programs, applications from operators who have already benefited from a similar program will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The project runs from January to April 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Interested operators are invited to complete the application form<\/a> online. The application file must include: information on the candidate's profile, a note (2 pages max) presenting his\/her project proposal to be developed during the course, a short video (2 minutes max) of presentation and a narrative and financial report. Applications are open until October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.<\/strong> (Lubumbashi time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
