Under the name MOZALISI, which means "creator" in Lingala, Africalia is running an incubation program in Lubumbashi for cultural and creative entrepreneurs. The MOZALISI-L'SHI program is implemented jointly with the incubator UKAMILI Digital City<\/a> and started in April 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For whom?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The MOZALISI-L'SHI program aims to consolidate Lushois companies operating in the cultural and creative industries (ICC) whose sectors of activity have as their main objective the creation, development, production, reproduction, promotion, dissemination or marketing of goods, services and activities with cultural, artistic, and\/or heritage content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For what ?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

MOZALISI-L'SHI is founded on the belief that successful businesses play an essential economic role in structuring and developing the ecosystem <\/strong>cultural and creative environment in which they operate. They support a network of partners and suppliers, create decent jobs for young people, and bring innovation on an economic and social level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What ?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Implemented jointly with UKAMILI Digital City, MOZALISI-L'SHI includes a pre-incubation period, followed by the incubation program itself, expert clinics, and a capitalization workshop. Participating entrepreneurs receive intensive support to structure and sustain their businesses: the incubation program, specifically designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs in the sector, will enable them to consolidate their entrepreneurial activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the program, entrepreneurs benefit from business and ICC training modules, group and individual coaching, creative mentoring, and access to experts in specific fields. This approach is designed to promote the practical and theoretical integration of entrepreneurial training modules (such as HR, business planning, accounting, etc.) and creative training modules (such as business strategy and digital marketing, resource mobilization, etc.). Thus, Africalia aims to strengthen the essential role of cultural entrepreneurship in the development of the Congolese creative ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incubation program runs from April 2025 to January 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
