From 24 to 30 July, Magalie Kisukurume, Uganda and DRC Programme Manager, undertook a mission to Uganda to strengthen collaborations with our local partners. During this visit, she visited Lunkulu Island, the headquarters of the Bayimba Cultural Foundation, and the MoTIV incubator in Kampala, one of the key partners of the Creative Africa programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magalie also took advantage of her stay to meet Skyline Media, a company supported by the Creative Africa program, as well as major players in the sector, including the TRIAS team (Belgian NGO), Samuel Tebandeke of the Great Lakes Creative Producers Lab and the head of cooperation of the Belgian Embassy in Kampala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, she has initiated discussions with several local incubators to identify a partner for implementing an incubation program dedicated to cultural and creative entrepreneurs in Kampala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
