With &quot;blue nile to the galaxy around olodumare&quot;, the choreographer and dancer <b><strong>Jeremy Nedd <\/strong><\/b>explores the black diaspora and immerses us in a cosmic and Afrofuturist experience.<\/p>\n<p>In collaboration with the dance collective <b><strong>Impilo Mapantsula<\/strong><\/b>, Nedd links jazz, an expression of African-American self-determination, to pantsula, a powerful gesture language known for its virtuoso footwork. Improvisation is at the heart of both music and dance.<\/p>\n<p>The show is inspired by cosmic phenomena: from the birth of a galaxy to the death of a star.
