The institution called \u201cGeneral Delegation of FESPACO\u201d is the legal entity which organizes and manages the biennial known as FESPACO.<\/p>\n<p>The General Delegation of FESPACO is evaluated on the quality of the artistic selection and the success of the organization of the biennial of African cinema.
