In particular, the project aims to showcase Afro-descendant artists at each edition. The project takes the approach of creating artist collectives that are representative of our society, by bringing artists of varied origins to the forefront of the stage, enabling them to find a point of intersection in their personal roots and develop a joint creation on the theme of "cultural heritage".

La vitrine aims to distance itself from the image of art galleries, which are often considered too cold. It defines itself as a new, atypical exhibition space: the artists/collectives will be working not from a pre-equipped, stereotyped space or structure, but from meeting spaces created with and between members of the public around artistic objects and performances. The idea here is not to enter a space with precise codes, but to be present in the street where the codes are shared.

Presentation of the project leader

MangooPickle is a young non-profit organisation that aims to promote culture and the arts by setting up projects with creative and original concepts.
