To this end, Africalia wishes to bring together a limited number of cultural organisations, development cooperation actors, African artists and the African diaspora in order to strengthen reflection on cultural cooperation and the role of the arts and culture in the reinvention of our societies. <\/p>\n<p>In all, some fifteen players meet four times a year to discuss issues relating to the ECMS.
