This project aims to give a voice and a framework for expression to artists from a variety of backgrounds, with a particular focus on works by emerging artists, with a view to making 'visible' and 'audible' cultural players who receive little attention and are often overlooked. <strong>particularly exposed to this crisis. <\/strong> \n\n\nThis time of confinement, a period without cultural events, can also be an opportunity to find other ways and means of enabling artists to continue to create.
