Sinds enkele jaren ontwikkelen deze gezelschappen naast hun eigen projecten ook gezamenlijke projecten, waardoor de behoeften op het gebied van administratie, monitoring en projectmanagement zijn toegenomen.<\/p>\n<p>Cartel zit achter een hele reeks grootschalige activiteiten die een tastbare economische impact hebben op stedelijke en plattelandsgebieden. Hiertoe behoren de Nuits Internationales de la Plaisanterie, het Festival Jeune Public en vooral de R\u00e9cr\u00e9\u00e2trales.
