Adams Mensah puts himself in the head of an eleven-year-old boy who has never seen his father. Adams describes the boy's confusion, lack, hope and disappointment.<\/p>\n

Missing<\/em> is an accessible but critical performance that aims to go beyond the images that go hand in hand with the themes of migration and globalisation. Every migration has its own story. Every migration also carries a universal story.<\/p>\n

Adams Adjetey Mensah<\/strong><\/a> is a Belgian-Ghanaian actor, director, writer and dancer. Through Missing<\/em>Adams Mensah is delving deeper into his own story, and this is a logical extension of his self-taught path; where in the past he was an actor in theatrical productions, he now wants to assume his role as a creator. His underlying themes are the impact of migration, identity and representation.<\/p>\n

An eleven-year-old boy has never seen his father because he lives in Europe. The child's future is set in stone. Later, much later, he goes to meet this unknown man in an unknown country. But until that moment arrives, his imagination runs wild. This father becomes a god.
