AFRICAN SYNERGY is a cultural network of artists, festivals, venues, arts promoters and publishers. It is partnered by Zimbabwe’s acclaimed, vibrant Book Café. It is focused towards breaking the insidious legacy of cultural isolation within Africa. AFRICAN SYNERGY is re-asserting cultural connectedness in Africa as a catalyst for artistic diversity and growth; this applies from traditional to contemporary cultures. Under its AFRICAN TOUR CIRCUIT (ATC) project AFRICAN SYNERGY is building on a network that, in its brief existence, extends between Dakar, Harare, Maputo, Kampala, Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Lusaka, Maputo, Accra, Durban and Johannesburg.
